Hi and welcome.

First thing I would try is taking it out of the case on a wooden surface and booting with minimum components. PSU, Mobo, cpu, 1 stick of ram, gpu (if it has on-board use that).

Also i would clean off cpu and heatsink.... Figure out how to mount it properly then re-apply AS5.
