Well I guess it really depends on what your gonna use it for, and who ends up with them.
I imagine the UD4H board has better/more power management, for overclocking. Plus it's got more USB ports.
I would think that onboard GPU's would be good to have also, for the customers that don't game.
But I really think it comes down to who's actually gonna be using the board.
