Hi. Im new to overclocking. Im trying to get a E7200 which runs at 2.55ghz stock to at least 3.6. Ive seen people being able to get it up to 4ghz stable. Right now I've got it up to about 3.2ghz (9.5x340.1) Not exactly Prime95 stable yet. Ive got the voltage at 1.39. CPUtemp is 45 according to FoxOne and 53 according to Real Temp. Usually FoxOne is closest to BIOS. I loosened my ram timings as much as possible except for tRAS and tRC which can be loosened quite a bit more. My timings are:

CAS#latency 6
RAS to CAS 4
tRP 7
tRAS 18
tRC24
CR 2T

DRAM Freq 318.8 (i'm running 800ram at 667mhz)

My system:

Foxconn mobo MCP73M05
E7200 cpu 2.55ghz @ 3.21ghz
Crucial PC2-6400 DDR2 2X2gb
Antec Earthwatts 500w psu
Masscool cpu cooler
Thermaltake SopranoRS case with 4 120mm fans
Nvidia GeForce 9800gt vga
running Win XP home
