Hi and welcome to TechIMO.

I googled you motherboard, because I've never even heard of it before, and there are a slew of posts with people in the exact same spot. So I'm guessing your at your board limit.
If you could gather up $50-$75 you could probably pick up a P35/P45 board that would get you MUCH better results.

Also wanted to note, that you have a 45nm chip, and the voltage limit for those is 1.3625v, so technically your over-volting your CPU. Which that WILL damage your chip. Just a heads up.
