Also wanted to note, that you have a 45nm chip, and the voltage limit for those is 1.3625v, so technically your over-volting your CPU. Which that WILL damage your chip. Just a heads up.

Thanks for the heads up. I put fsb back to 333 and tightened my ram timings. I will look into p35 mobo and probably better ram. Thanks alot!
