didn't think about gasteway at all.
Gateway - Laptop with AMD Athlon™ X2 Dual-Core Processor - NV5214u

Best of all it fits all your requirements and its the cheapest oiff all of them. It even has hdmi but no svideo though. Never thought to check best buy thanks for the idea RayH.
