I suggest you go into your system BIOS and take away that extra 384mb that your card is using. As Aaron said, your card is not going to get possibly near to using all that ram, its a marketing gimmick to make you think your card is faster than it is. Worse still, its robbing your main system of 384mb, so your system is actually slowed down (which is why you should turn it off).
