Had same problem then went into BIOS to check settings and found a second place to set order of boot sequence. It was almost the last set-up up file I got to (sorry cannot remember exactly )I scrolled thru all the BIOS options till I found this after setting the DVDRom as first boot it fixed the problem. The other thing is if you interrupted your install you may have to format the hard drive again to clean the previous 'part' install and start from scratch.
