For Raid 0, most motherboards will support this. You don't really need to, but you "could" get a cheap raid card like a Perc 5/i (best if not using an intel chipset) or Adaptec 3805. No real need for a dedicated card since you are not doing parity calculations. Stick to the onboard RAID 0.
