though not sure how well the fan is for cooling, looks a bit small for that heatsink.
but some of those EVGA, XFX, and PNY models should fit, even with MicroATX there should be just enough room for one of those, might be tight, but should be close.
as far as performance goes thats your best bet as far as I can tell. few 4850's to choose from in that slim a profile (roughly the same length as a full size 9800GT), and those cards run hot as it is already, so not sure how hot they get with a single slot cooler that restricts airflow and venting, unlike a dual slot card.
