Forgot to mention that I also swithced the memory dimms to different banks to see if it was the memory. Also tried removing memory dimms and only leaving one dimm of the two. I'll try to clear the cmos and double triple check my setup, since I want to leave an IDE channel exclusively for the cdr. Any suggestions, is there something else I need to do??? Or do you recommend RMA the mobo
