I uninstalled ZoneAlarm since I was not using it anyways and it appears that even though I wasnt using it, it was still causing a conflict somewhere as I can now use my IM Video Companion and Netmeeting for Video chatting with my friend

Gonna have to go back and setup my FTP Server again and try that one too
