Which to trust, on temp reports..

Ok here it is.. I have 3 different temps reported to me.. by 3 different sources.. the motherboard in the bios says it is running at 45C for cpu0, and 42 for cpu1.. in windows through Sandra it shows 33c on cpu0, and 30c on cpu1.. and finally a program that came with the Gigabyte motherboard.. and it shows 50c for cpu0 and 48c for cpu1..

which to trust to be close to right.. I know the motherboard temp sensor is hardly ever right.. but I have no other way to test temps right now.. and this is the second motherboard.. and video card.. b/c the first got killed b/c of heat.. I don't want this to happen again..

so any ideas?
