Only thing I'll suggest is to go for the 9500Pro video card over the 9500, newegg has it for 197, but it's just marginally slower then a GF4 4600, and is DX9 compliant. The 9500 has 1/2 the pixel pipelines of the pro model.

Other then that it looks like a nice setup.

Also my Epox 8KHA+ was beating the soyo board with KT266A. (I believe that was the Dragon Plus)
