Yes, I think the Celeron 800 and above run on a 100MHz bus. Of course, you could run, say, a 1.2GHz on a 66MHx bus but it will run at 1.2 x 0.66 = 800MHz, not much help. The key would be if you can get the motherboard to run at 100 MHz.
