Im really new to stylesheets and in the past ive been relying on people just to tell me exactl what to put in the style tags, but it would be nice to be able to look them up for myself

Anyone know a good reference page?

Also, can i do these things with stylesheets...

make it so i dont have to type cellpadding=0 cellspacing=0 every 2 minutes ><!
same for image border=0
save typing topmargin=0 bottommargin=0 leftmar... etc. on every page

Can i do all those kind of things? Ive pretty much only used stylesheets to do the cool mouseover changes link color before
