I also dislike the use of frames. But your design does look nice. I did notice that when using frames like you do, alot of people don't realize that the left hand side nav bar actually moves up and down. (One reason I don't use frames.) Other than that, I would probably use a mouseover color (red) for the navbar links. I like the mouseover you did for the main page links. I would do the same on the nav side also.

First thing.. how does the left navbar move up and down for you.. that option was supposed to be removed... as well.. I tried to use a mouse over (red) but for some reason it would not work.. if you have any tips.. let me know.. thanx.. One More Thing.. How can a web site look the EXACT same no matter what the screen res is? Thanks for your feedback.
