I, too, vote Dreamweaver. Download and get to know a trial ver of DWMX. It's a sophisticated app and has a learning curve but if you learn it, imho, it's leaps and bounds better and can't be compared to the rest.
I must admit I briefly tried GoLive but wasn't that interested in learning it as I had already significant experience with DW and preferred to keep using DW. So I cannot accurately compare them.
I love the Code/Design view and other feature rich components are winners. I've learned alot about HTML/XML/
JS, etc. just by using DW's Code/Design views. Also, their Layers conversion option is a lifesaver.
