Context Right-Click Custom Job?

I use a program called clipomatic to help me extend the function of the normal clipboard utility. What I'd ultimately like, is to access the clipomatics pop-up menu from a context right-click in a text box or text area (Win 98).

If anyone knew that, you'd be a star. But if anything I'm just after current known ways of adding items to the context right-click menu (Win 2k / XP). I'm pretty sure it's to do with shell entries somewhere in the registry but, i haven't delved for a while.

Anyone any ideas?

I've included a screenshot of what I'd like to see!
