Use the 'Virtual Server' section (under Advanced) to create the pinholes to the respective computer(s) that will handle those port requests. For instance, if you're hosting a website, you would setup port 80 to be forwarded to your webserver's internal IP address. This does require that your LAN system(s) are running static IP and not DHCP.

You can also use the Special App section (again, under Advanced) to setup port 'triggers'. This lets the router know where to send the request when it appears on a specific port range.
