To run it as a windows service (NT/2k/xp) so there's no dos box:
"3. Open a DOS window and change into the ECC2 directory.
4. Execute the SERVICE.EXE utility to install the service.
Use a command line parameter of "-install". To remove
the service, use "-remove".
5. You can monitor the status of the ECC2 service by watching
the ECC2-109.SPD file. It will be updated approximately
once a second. It displays the same information that the
CLI client displays (speed, its since last DP, etc)."
