Just got mine..
Running a P4C800 Asus motherboard with 2 sticks of OCZ 256mb PC3200 DDR400 CAS2 (with hear spreaders) and running my P4 2.4GHZ 800 mhz: 3142mhz 
Using standard air cooling with a Vantec AeroFlow.
