Keep at it!!

It has been many years since I quit but I can remember how difficult it was. I slept a lot figuring that when I was asleep I didn't need to smoke (but I did dream about it; still do occasionally). Back then I had some kind of nicotine gum that burned my throat kind of like a pipe did. I chewed some of that when I was desporate. I also had to avoid drinking parties for a while because that would mess me up. (I quit several times before I got it right.) Just make up your mind that you will be miserable for a while and then don't smoke. Don't worry about gaining weight either until you have quit for a while. You can lose it later.
