Is the PSU that you have in there, a high quality product ?..
300 Watt for the big party (parts) you have there seems OK .. but when using the CPU at full speed with all Memory and HDD (huge one dude

) .. it may cause shortage in providing the proper juice to all the parts, so it crash itself ..

Only an idea, (mostly wrong though

) .. but if by any chance you can try another (lets say) 350 or 400Watts PSU .. then do it .. coz it might be your problem ...

Also make sure you are providing proper cooling for the case in general and for the CPU specially ...
