If you dont understand what I mean ill try go into more detail | Dang, that's the long way...get your 2 frames, one head on each frame...just click the tween layers button (little chain link looking thing), make sure position/opacity is checked and do about 20 frames worth of tweening. It will transition very smoothly for ya...that's all there is to it!
