Windows 7 in Network with Domain

In XP, I could assign desktop icons to the All Users folder so that all users that signed on to a particular PC would see the same basic set of shortcuts. Is there a way to do this in Windows 7?

You should have an All Users folder just like XP... Except that it'll be under USERS and not Docs and Settings.
