What is "ProxyStubClsid32?
I've spent the weekend trying to tweak my PC running Win Me. I've used various tweaking utilities; PCMedic, toolbox, PC1check, etc. I've managed to clean out the registry except for eight TypeLib problems in the registry. the eight entries look like this:
What do these entries mean and how can I delete them. Thanks.

I think what its trying to say is don't remove them
It seems to be a way of tying legacy code using IID's (not familiar with them) into the current standard of using CLSID's to refer to DLL's in the registry.
Not really referring to a new window, but its necessary to be in the regentry for this particular application.
I don't think you'll get any more noticeable performance by removing them though
I don't know what will happen if you do delete them, but I can't suggest itHelicopters don't fly; they vibrate so much and make so much noise that the earth rejects them.
