Default Folder for Outlook Express Attachments

I am currently running Outlook Express 6.0 on Windows XP (Home Version). Does anyone know of a way to change the default folder when saving attachments from Outlook Express. Mine is set on:

    C:\Documents and Settings\CLS\My Documents

Click Tools - Options, then click the Maintenance Tab, and then click the Store Folder button, and then click CHANGE.
    now THIS is interesting....

Thanks for the response; however, that changes the folder for storing Outlook Express mail. I am trying to find out how to change the default folder when I just save the attachment(s). When I save attachments now, it takes me to a default folder then I must browse to find the folder where I actually want to store the attachment (Usually Photos). Thanks again for your help.

You would have to change your system default directory.

    Registry Path:

    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders]

    Personal............."C:\My Documents"
and remove or change the "My Documents"

Or to what ever default you would like. I never save anything in to "My Doc's" so why not have it open up on a more general folder.

This will change the save path for all programs.
