How to save pinball scores

I know this may sound dumb, but I need to know where the scores for windows pinball are saved. My dad and brother always compete to see who can get the highest score. I need to refromat and reinstall windows on my dad's computer, but I want to be able to save the scores.

In Windows xp pinbal is in the c:\windows\program files\windows nt\pinball folder

my best guess is the scores are in the "pinball" 'DAT" file. I dont see any other place in there for them to be.

Not sure really.

not there, I have tried copying that whole folder to a new computer, and the scores were gone.
