What miffs me about Office 2k3 is that you don't get Infopath with the consumer editions but you do with the corporate ones.
If there was one reason to upgrade it would have been for Infopath - that's probably the best reason to get Office 2k3 IMO. Why they refuse to bundle it in for Joe Consumer is beyond me (well, aside from the obvious one - greed). | I completely agree... |

I have both of them. While I use Office XP exclusively I like it better because there are some minor changes in it compared to the other version. I do alot of business writing and applications use and I see the benifit however for the homeuser, Like everyone else said, Save your money, the changes are not big enough to effect a homeuser. |

I think it's something that's been needed for some time. I'm still recovering from the reality that I'll have to pay more for it though than I will for the Office suite itself (I qualify for the student edition).
I'm just wondering who MS bought/borrowed/stole the idea from. |

Now when I was searching and surfing Microsoft's site there are many Office apps that I havent heard of. I didnt even know they existed, such as Infopath, OneNote.
OneNote seems interesting
Infopath is nothing for me though

Infopath is great for canned documents like Invoices, timesheets, ttc, quickly that would otherwise take a good bit of time to create in Word.
In other words, ideal for a small business. |
