| Any DVD XCopy alternatives??
Or does anyone know where to get DVD Xcopy OEM at??
They have it listed at bingopc put its out of stock.
Any freeware alternatives....uhh, more or less 1 click alternatives...please dont list 4 seperate freeware progs, lol. Think "make it easy for customers"
I have 2 Dell (NEC) DVD Burners and I just KNOW the reason customers want them is to copy DVDs etc...so I need to get some software for that purpose.
I have some freeware called DVDcx10.exe anyone ever used it?
Any ideas??
Thanks, JP
(anyone have a used copy they want to sell fairly cheap...with no scratches please...?)

To do that I would suggest you download this little program which runs in the background http://www.slysoft.com/en/anydvd.html
Is a great little tool It removes basically every single protection a DVD might have, From Audio to video.....lots of features.
Once that program is running you can load DVDshrink and do pretty much whatever you want! |

DVD Shrink will do everything you want. A new version was released 3 days ago. It links with Nero (if installed on your system) and burns a copy. Also, it allows you to re-author the disk, allowing you to copy only the parts that you want. Works with all DVDs, and it's FREE! |

I got an email from VIo software about xcopy is not allowed to be sold anymore and they are getting rid of their last copies @$109
wow, some clearance.....
I bought Xcopy Platinum packaged with some Leadtek dvd authoring app, 50 dvd+r's, and 10 dvd cases for $89.
I never really use xcopy though.if the dvd is under 4.7gb, I use DVD Decrypter...if it is over, I use dvd shrink/Nero........works great |

I use DVD shrink 3.1 and it works great, without the warning that xcopy places on the copies. stick the disk in the dvd rom drive a disk in the dvd burner drive set-up dvd shrink the way you want it and click backup and it's done in 20-30mins.(On my XP2600 w 1gig ram system) shorter movies of coarse are faster. Oh and did I mention it is free |
