Does No One have the answer to this

Howdy Again,

Searched through the arcives on this one, but couldn't find any answers so here it goes. I'm running Windows XP Home with 6 user profiles. My profile is set up as administrator. The problem I seem to be having is that 3 out of the 6 profiles I can browse to any folders in XP explorer, but when I try to browse to the folders of the other 3 a message pops up saying "Access Denied". Don't know what I've done or not done or how to get around not being able to browse all folders as an administrator. I have logged onto those user profiles and checked the folder options, but nothing really seems to be out of the ordinary. But I still cannot access those particular user's folders from my profile. Is there some way I can fix this problem ?? It seems as well that when I install programs etc. they don't always get propogated out to all user menus? Well enough babbling.........any help about getting around this Access Denied thing would be appreciated.

Regards,
Max

Are all the users setup with admin privelages?

There is an option in each account to make the folders private.

The Administrator profile (default and can not be deleted in Windows 2000 and XP) should have all the privleages to view all the folders and well everything on the computer.

Are you sure you are logging on as the administrator? In any doubt when you log on make sure you have full admin status in the users control panel.

I think he means he is logging as with another account that has administrative privileges.
