In need of a compression utility
i need a good quality free compression utility that at bare minimum will have a 3:1 compression ratio, any recommendations?

the rate of compression you get will depend on the filetype...some you can get alot out of and others you can barley get any...most things it will be very hard to get 3:1

filetype is a warcraft iii campaign file, warcraftiii.net has a limit of 4 MB on uploads, and my file is over 10 MB
i think it is a .w3c, but i cant guarantee that

winzip is too low quality, i need to get a 3:1 compression ratio at a bare minimum to be able to upload this file
