Office XP: Word Wont Spell Check

Hey guys, i've havent been around for a lil while now ever since college started.

I got a problem that i cant seem to fix right now.

I'm Running Windows XP PRO and i got Offic Xp on the machine.
In word i'm not able to spell check and when i try to it brings up a box that says:

"Word cannot find the grammer file for msg??32.dll for ."

right after i clock ok to the box, a new error window pops up right away and says:

"Word cannot find the spelling file msspell3.dell or msp232.dll for ."

This is really annoying me cuz i have alot of paper to write and i cant get this problem to go away. I've tried the repair feature in WORD and that wont help. I also put the cd back in and did a repair but that didnt work either. Do u think i need to uninstall offic xp and reinstall it?
