2003 Domain server shares issue

OK guys... here is the deal

I setup an 2003 Enterprise Domain server. Right now I just have the one server and one machine attached which is 98SE. I can connect to the server either from the entire network or using the UNC in the run line.

The problem is I CANNOT connect to the 98 machine from the server. I have shared out the C: drive on the 98 machine. I cannot just connect to the machine nor to the share. The share is NOT password protected.

I am getting the following error:

No network provider accepted the given network path

I have been searching all over the net and can't find anything to resolve this. I was even able to create a folder for the server from the 98 machine and copy files to it. Going to the server the folder was there and so are the files.

PLEASE HELP!!

I believed I posted in wrong section initially. It was not a double post purposely. Next time let the admin MONITOR me and only reply if can help resolve.
