Need Help in HiJackThis Log

Well this is my log for HijackThis...I just wanted to know how to get rid of the TvMedia folder and files and such but I haven't been successful thus far...I read something on how it keeps reloading itself since it partly takes residence in the explorer.exe file...also if theres anything else here that looks wrong or can be deleted just let me know
