Find and organize photo software?

I'm looking for some software that will help me find organize and catalog my photos. I have a zillion all over the place and I want to get them organized into "albums" on CD.

Any ideas? Or what are you doing to keep them straight?

PhotoShop Album 2.0. It can also be found with PhotoShop Elements. Costco is where I bought mine. It works great.

I use ACDC.

My wife is happy with it, therefore, I'm happy with it.



It uses a feature called a "basket" which is a file that you drag what you want to burn onto a CD for processing. Dosen't get much simpler than that. It also has some fundamental editing tools, E mail sizer (really handy), plus a feature that loads enough software onto the CD to have a time - lapse slide show if you mail it to someone.

Plus, it's fairly inexpensive to buy.

Hmm, the album part was a second thought for me.

I guess I ask because in addition to my zillions I need to scout,

I saw a batch file program that would find them all yet ignoring temp internet files etc.
Convert them all to one format and then burn them..

Maybe I'm just trying to put this off
