Windows Installer

I had some problems with my PC (virus related) and cleaned it up, had to do a restore for Windows XP now the Windows Installer keeps popping up looking for ECDC5.MSI file to load. I don't have anything with that file, I do use Roxio Easy CD/DVD 6 but that msi file isn't on the CD. Anyone know how I can get the windows installer to stop looking for that file and popping up.

Does an uninstall/reinstall of Easy Cd Creator help at all?
