Adding "Find Target" to Shell Menu

I was wondering. When you right-click on a shortcut and select "Properties" there is a button called "Find Target." Is there a way to add this function right onto the initial menu that appears on right-click, instead of going through the Properties dialog?

Thanks to any help.
