how to partition and format an hard drive

Hi guys,
I just wiped out my hard drive using delpart.exe. I had win2000 and XP on it but it would not allow me to uninstall either of those OS. I need to set up the computer with windows ME but don't know how. I need ME because the computer needs a 128 MB of memory to run my DSL on XP or 2000, but only 64 MB on ME. I have the 64MB and need to set up DSL/Internet ASAP. Any ideas/help?

Make a boot diskette which has fdisk. Reboot with it, remove all partitions in fdisk, create a new partition, format the partition, setup wme.
