Under tools, select Rules wizard and create rules. You first create the folders you want under the inbox for each specific pop account. Then in rules wizard, you specify the criteria for the incoming emails and what actions Outlook should take for new emails coming in. You can also select emails when they come in and right click on them and select 'organize' - then tell outlook how you would like that specific email and all emails from that point onward to do.

Or use profiles. That would keep them completely seperate.

Are you using Outlook or Outlook Express?

Ok, when you have Outlook open, hit "F1" then search for orginize.

It is there, you are either not doing what was suggested, or not seeing it.
