| registry cleaner
If the programs are up to date( new standards), win xp pro cleans the registry entries, if not Norton or reg mechanic are okay, I use Norton from the CD rom, that way I dont install it.

RegScrubXP is a nice proggie,also when you run it,click on hte MISC tab and have a look at some of the options,some of them are nice.

I've always used Registry First Aid... finds everything, chucks em into a huge file and yeah... can always restore back... even though all Reg programs should do that. |
