Right now I'm using WinFast PVR that came with my LeadTek 2000 Xp Deluxe to watch TV on my computer.
When I encode in DivX, no matter that bitrate I choose, it looks absolutley horribley pixeled.
Also, the main reason why I want a new program is because this program it won't let me use the LAME mp3 codec.
Any other reccommendations?

Sorry, let me rephrase my question. I want a TV-watching program that will let me record video in whatever codec I want. |
