How can we redirect a we site to a specific IP Address

Put this code in the head of your index.htm page:

<meta HTTP-EQUIV="REFRESH" content="0; url=http://www.yourdomain.com/index.html">

The page will load, and then automatically redirect to the new url. Changing the 0 to say, 10, will keep the page open for 10 seconds then redirect to the new url.
