How to set up an exchange server

I am about to purchase a server and install Windows 2003 small business server. Can anyone point me to an article or a web page that has instructions on how to set up an exchange server properly. Everyone on the network will be using outlook. Thank you.

Microsoft has a great guide.

If you are registered partner with microst there are some great demos and technical support on SBS 2003 on microsoft's website.

I just started going through some of the things on that site and it seems like you might find what you are looking for there.
