Saving info in Office/Outlook 2002

I'm getting ready to format my HD, but before I do, I need to know how to save all my information (contacts, Inbox, Outbox, etc.) from my Outlook 2002. I have a second HD that I can back it up to, just not sure how to do it, so when I am done with a fresh install of my XP Pro, I can just copy it back over and have all the info there and ready to go. Can anyone lead me in the right direction?
