How to change "Open -" and "Save Dialogue"

Another question:

When you save or open files you'll find some buttons on the left side of the upcoming dialogue. (Buttons like "desktop")

Is there a possibility to change the paths they relate to (and to make it look cooler also their icons and text) ? I read it once somewhere in a magazine that it is possible but I can't find it anymore.

Find and download Microsoft's TweakUI program completely free. You can find that option there and a load of other useful tweaks.
