Recovering Lost Data

Im trying to get a few files off of a hard drive from an old PC to my new PC.

I stuck the hard drive in, and it detected it fine;however the old account was password protected and XP won't let me access any of the old files. The ol' "access denied" message comes up.

How can I break the password on this account to recover my lost files?
