Opening password protected HDD

I finally got my new HDD installed, but I forgot to remove the password protection on the old one I have slaved in the computer. So I can't copy any of my files over to the new drive.DOH!

Is there a way to get the files without having to put swap the cables around again?

I have windows XP Pro.
