as far as i can tel lthe program intself won't, but you've still go to becarful what you download

Yep - just finished wiping a customers' HDD who used winmx carelessly . . . 1500 malware and 4 viruses later, they are clean.

Just be careful.

And don't do anything illegal.

ok, by what do you meen by illeagle? selling the stuff that you download? also i have norton run one a week, think that will ketch it? its the 2005 version.

Ummm . . .. as much as I hate norton, yeah, I think it waill catch most of it. Just to protect yourself even more, get the microsoft anti-spyware beta. Still in beta stage, and kicks Spybots and AdAware's BUTTS!

Just don't D/L music you don't own - the RIAA is on the warpath! Selling it is even worse. I have D/Led music - but I then went out an purchased the CD's or tracks from iTunes after I realized that it was illegal.

Winmx dont have any spyware with the instalation
obviously with most p2p programmes you may be doing "illegal" stuff or whatever & you may get virusus but just dont be dumb with what you dl. lol.

Illegal i dont know, i dont think it is, but technically it is "stealing". anyway i use winmx i like it

dont worry i have that running too. by the way what spyware program do you have running. i sem to thing that the nortin is good because it picks up on stuff that microsoft leaves behind.
